Vinta, a start-up, is the first buyer's agent in Belgium to work exclusively on behalf of the buyer. The managers are old hands of the real estate industry.

In Belgium, around half of the sellers bring in a real estate agent. But calling on an agent when you're looking to buy a home? In the Netherlands and the US, almost everyone is doing it, but in Belgium it's relatively new concept. Vinta is the company that introduced it in Flanders. The biggest challenge for both Vinta and Bereal was to provide the Flemish with a crystal-clear explanation of the concept.

To achieve that, the results of a survey of some 150-odd Flemish people were used. Bereal assisted Vinta in analyzing the survey, came up with a strong, newsworthy storyline, and helped this start-up thoroughly prepare its communication. 

The news about the buyer's agent featured on VTM Nieuws among other media. Later in the year, the company also won the industry award for "Start-up of the Year" (2016).
